Know more about our history:

  • 1990: Helton Haddad founded the SMG in May 20th, 1900. The original name of the company was Sher Marketing and Representations S/C Ltda. Relevant acting areas: Marketing communication and commercial representations.
  • 1991-1992: During its first years, the company has developed several projects in marketing, sales and communication. It was a period of enterprising and learning.
  • 1993: New partners Evandro Tenca and Helder Haddad were integrated as consultants with the expansion of activities and emphasis on small and medium companies market.
  • 1994-1998: Period of large growing and strategic partnership with Sebrae, Simpi and Citec. It was developed a thousand of services to small and medium companies, in planning and implementation marketing projects. Also we started to offer services to medium/large size companies, with the expertise of the new team. At the same time, the partners got specialized and started to act academically, teaching at renamed marketing and business universities.
  • 1999-2004: The process of delivering services to large size companies was consolidated with a hundred of successful projects developed in renamed companies of several business areas. The area of formation and development of people has grown, delivering training in-company services at call center, telemarketing and sales areas. The area of market research was expanded, with the creation of international projects.
  • 2005: It was created a new brand SMG: Share Marketing Group, reflecting the expansion and specialization of the business.
  • 2006-2007: It was consolidated the position of SMG in marketing research, strategic management and training and developing, with several cases of success, exclusive methodology practices and international partnerships enlargement.
  • Today: Recent plans of the company are focused on expansion, with prospection of new clients and enlargement of the team, always innovating in solutions offered to the market and n excellence at delivering professional services.
